About me

Hi I’m Brylee! Caring for babies has always felt natural to me. Ever since I was little, you could always find me pushing my baby dolls in a stroller, swaddling them up, “feeding” and “burping” them, and caring for them as if they were real!

Growing up in a home that fostered babies, I was constantly surrounded by little ones who needed love, comfort, and a steady hand to help them thrive. At the time, I didn’t fully realize how much those experiences were shaping me, but looking back, I can see that God was preparing me for this path all along.

No matter where I was, if there was a baby around, you could bet I was holding them. Family, friends, and even strangers started calling me the baby whisperer because I’ve always had a way of calming and comforting little ones. That deep love for babies has stayed with me my whole life.

From babysitting for all the neighborhood kids to volunteering in the church nursery to working as a daytime nanny and then an overnight nanny, I’ve spent years caring for infants and learning the rhythms of newborn life. I’ve always been drawn to the delicate, beautiful stage of early infancy—their tiny yawns, sleepy snuggles, and the way they depend completely on the love and care of those around them. Helping babies feel safe and supported while giving parents the reassurance they need is truly my passion.

I recently graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, specializing in Child, Youth, and Family Studies. This formal education has deepened my understanding of the social and emotional needs of children and families, enriching the work I do with newborns and their families.

At Tiny Yawns, my goal is to walk alongside families with the guidance, care, and encouragement they need to navigate this precious (but often exhausting!) season. Whether you’re preparing for your little one’s arrival or adjusting to life with your baby in your arms, I’m here to answer questions and provide support every step of the way. I believe in instilling healthy sleep habits from the very beginning, helping babies build a foundation for restful sleep that benefits the whole family for years to come.

Because when your baby sleeps peacefully, your whole family thrives.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” — 1 Peter 4:10
